RULES OF THE ONLINE GIVEAWAY ORGANIZED ON FACEBOOK – PÉCS CRAFT APA GIVEAWAY
Organizer: Pécsi Brewery Co., Ltd.
Duration: August 30 – September 20, 2025.
Article 1 – Subject of the Game
1.1. The purpose of the prize game (“Game”) is to promote Pécsi Craft APA 0.5l among Hungarian consumers. Participation in the game constitutes full and automatic acceptance of the official rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”).
1.2. The game is conducted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules, which are binding on all participants. The Rules are available free of charge in electronic form on the official Facebook page of Pécsi Sör: https://www.facebook.com/pecsisor/
1.3. Participation in the game constitutes full familiarization with and express acceptance of the Rules by the participants (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants” or “Players”).

Article 3 – Duration and location of the game
The prize game will take place online, on the Facebook platform, between August 30 and September 20, 2025.
Article 4 – Availability of the official rules
4.1. The rules are freely available on the official Facebook page of Pécsi Sör during the entire duration of the game.
Article 5 - Eligibility for participation
5.1. Only natural persons who are 18 years old in the age of 18 are available.
5.2. The game is not allowed to participate in the organizer employees, staff members of the campaign, and their relatives up to 4 degrees.
5.3. Participation is voluntary. The game is not related to Facebook, is not sponsored, not supported or organized by Facebook.
Article 6 – Game procedure
6.1. To participate in the game, users must meet the following conditions:
6.1.1. The player must use their own, real Facebook profile.
6.1.2. They must follow the official Facebook page of Pécsi Sör.
6.1.3. They must like the post advertising the prize game.
6.1.4. They must write in the comment under the post what was your best Pécsi Sörös moment this summer.
6.1.5 The comment must appear during the prize game period.
6.1.6 Participation in the game is only valid if all of the above conditions are met.
6.2. Comments containing offensive language or violating the basic standards of the platform will be automatically excluded.
Article 7 – Selection and validation of winners
7.1. The winner will be selected by drawing lots, using an automatic selection application: https://socialwinner.besocial.hu
7.2. The winner and a reserve winner will be selected.
7.3. The prize: two trays of Pécsi Craft APA beer (48 pcs; 0.5 liter can)
7.4. The names of the winners will be published on September 22, 2025 in a separate post on the official Facebook page. The winners have 7 calendar days to contact the Organizer via private message in order to receive the prize.
7.5. If a winner does not claim within the specified deadline, the corresponding reserve winner will take their place.
Article 8 - Delivery of the Prize
8.1. The prize will be delivered by a courier service within 30 business days, exclusively in Hungary.
8.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for problems arising from the errors or delays of the delivery service.
Article 9 - Prize
9.1. The prize is not transferable, cannot be redeemable for money, and cannot be replaced with other products.
Article 10 - Responsibility
10.1. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the rules or try to manipulate the game.
10.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical errors, Facebook's operating issues, or incorrect information provided by the participants.
Article 11 – Protection of personal data
11.1. Participation constitutes the participant’s express consent to the processing of personal data necessary for the operation of the game.
11.2. Data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The data will be kept for a maximum of 90 days after the end of the game, unless otherwise provided by law.
11.3. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the email address rt@pecsisor.hu.

Article 12 – Complaints handling
12.1. Complaints regarding the conduct of the game can be submitted within 30 days of the game closing via the Pécsi Sör Facebook page, in a private message.
Closing Note: Facebook does not participate in organizing, conducting or supporting the prize draw. Participants will completely relieve Facebook from any responsibility that may arise on the game.
