RULES OF THE ONLINE GIVEAWAY ORGANIZED ON FACEBOOK – PÉCSI RADLER "VOTE AND WIN!" GIVEAWAY

Duration: July 8 – July 31, 2026.

Article 1 – Subject of the game

1.1. The purpose of the giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is to promote Pécsi Radler products on the official Facebook page of Pécsi Radler. Participation in the Game means full acceptance of these Rules.

1.2. The Game takes place according to these Rules, which are binding for all participants.

1.3. The Rules are available free of charge on the official Facebook page of Pécsi Radler during the entire duration of the game.

Article 2 – The organizer

Hereinafter: Organizer.

Article 3 – Duration and location of the game

The prize game takes place online, on the official Facebook page of Pécsi Radler:

July 8 - July 31, 2026.

Article 4 – Availability of the official rules

4.1. The Rules are available on the official Facebook page of Pécsi Radler during the entire duration of the game.

Article 5 – Eligibility for participation

5.1. Only natural persons over the age of 18 and residing in Hungary may participate in the game.

5.2. Employees of the Organizer, employees of partners participating in the campaign, and their close relatives may not participate in the game.

5.3. Participation is voluntary. The game is not affiliated with Facebook, is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook.

Article 6 – Game Procedure

6.1. To participate in the game, users must meet the following conditions:

6.1.1. Use their own, real Facebook profile.

6.1.2. React to the contest post with the reaction that best represents the summer character they are:

👍 Like = Lemon
❤️ Heart = Cherry
🤗 Hug = Elderberry

6.1.3. The reaction must appear during the game period.

6.1.4. One Facebook profile is considered a valid entry.

6.1.5. Entry is only valid if the above conditions are met.

6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude false or abusive profiles from the game.

Article 7 – Selection and validation of the winner

7.1. 7.1. The winner will be selected by random draw from among the valid participants using the Social Winner application. The draw will take place among the Facebook users participating in the game and submitting a valid reaction.

7.2. During the game, 1 winner and 1 reserve winner will be drawn.

7.3. The prize:

For 1 winner:

• 2 trays of Pécsi Radler, chosen by the winner, from the following flavors:

Lemon
Cherry
Elderberry

7.4. The draw will take place on August 3, 2026, and the winner's name will be published on the official Facebook page of Pécsi Radler.

7.5. The winner must contact the Organizer via private message within 7 calendar days of publication.

7.6. If the winner does not respond within the deadline, the reserve winner will be entitled to the prize.

Article 8 – Receiving the prize

8.1. The Organizer will agree with the winner in a private message on the method of receiving the prize.

8.2. The prize can only be collected in Hungary.

8.3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be exchanged for other products and cannot be transferred to another person.

Article 9 – The prize

9.1. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be exchanged for other products and cannot be transferred.

Article 10 – Liability

10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Rules or engage in abusive behavior.

10.2. The Organizer is not responsible for problems arising from the operation of Facebook or technical errors.

Article 11 – Processing of personal data

11.1. Participation constitutes consent to the processing of personal data necessary for the conduct of the prize competition.

11.2. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

11.3. The Organizer processes the personal data necessary for the implementation of the prize game for a maximum of 90 days.

11.4. Questions regarding data processing can be reported to the e-mail address rt@pecsisor.hu.

Article 12 – Complaint handling

12.1. Complaints regarding the prize game can be submitted within 30 days after the end of the game in a private message on the Pécsi Radler Facebook page.

Final provision

The prize game is not supported, organized or affiliated with Facebook in any way. Participants acknowledge that their data is provided to the Organizer, not to Facebook, and Facebook is exempted from any liability in connection with the prize game.
