Tasks:
• Performing tasks related to the wort - beer production processes (raw material preparation, cooking, fermentation and filtration) in accordance with technological and hygiene regulations.
• Professional handling of machines and equipment related to work processes and plant parts.
• Monitoring, supervising and recording technological processes.
• Compliance with quality, environmental and occupational safety standards.
• Performing maintenance tasks, indicating repair needs.
• Monitoring parameters, problem solving.
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness expected in the food industry in order to produce high-quality products.
