Pécsi Prémium Búza

German-style high-fermented wheat beer with a wheat character and banana, clove aroma. It is made through infusion mash. A medium-bodied, refreshing unfiltered beer specialty. The gold-coloured, yeast cloudy body is crowned with a durable white foam made by open tank fermentation. It takes 3-4 weeks. In addition to barley malt, more than 50% is made from high-quality wheat malt.
